Tool Design and Fabrication
We specialize in producing precision tooling used in the manufacture of turbine blades and vanes. We also manufacture custom tooling for aerospace, medical and industrial companies including assembly fixtures, drill jigs, lifting tools, custom gages, CMM nests, RTM molds, preform tools and special test equipment.
From design conception thru tool tryout, our goal is to meet your tooling needs in a cost effective and timely manner. We can hold tolerances of +/- .0002 and Mastercam software allows us to manufacture complex contours efficiently and accurately. Quality Engineering Services is an ISO 9001-2000 registered company.
Our Inspection Department uses a Mitutoyo CMM and the latest in both electronic and manual inspection equipment to verify all critical dimensions on every item we fabricate. E2 Shop Software allows use to monitor all aspects of our business. From quotation thru shipment, it enables us to monitor the progress of each and every job.
